Ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131kta beslenme en az bebeklik, \u00e7ocukluk ve yeti\u015fkinlikte beslenme kadar \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Kullan\u0131lan ila\u00e7lar, akut veya kronik hastal\u0131klar, di\u015f kayb\u0131, tat ve koku duyusunda azalma, i\u015ftahs\u0131zl\u0131k, fiziksel aktivite azl\u0131\u011f\u0131, yaln\u0131z ya\u015fama, ekonomik durumlar, depresyon vb. bir\u00e7ok etken ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131kta beslenmeyi etkilemektedir. Hayat kalitesinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve var olan hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 daha bilin\u00e7lenmek i\u00e7in doktor ve diyetisyen i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde program haz\u0131rlan\u0131p uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. <br>\u00a0<br>\u0130nsan v\u00fccudundaki yap\u0131m olaylar\u0131na anabolizma, y\u0131k\u0131m olaylar\u0131na katabolizma denmektedir.
