Bu ayki yaz\u0131mda, t\u00fcm bu de\u011fi\u015fimlerin beslenmemizi nas\u0131l etkiledi\u011finden bahsedece\u011fim.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlarda 2 t\u00fcr a\u00e7l\u0131k durumu vard\u0131r: duygusal a\u00e7l\u0131k ve fiziksel a\u00e7l\u0131k. Fiziksel a\u00e7l\u0131kta insanlar\u0131n normal olarak v\u00fccutlar\u0131nda a\u00e7l\u0131k belirtileri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr ve bu a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeterli ve dengeli bir \u015fekilde beslenerek giderebilirler. Fakat duygusal a\u00e7l\u0131kta herhangi bir belirti g\u00f6r\u00fclmez ve belirli bir zaman\u0131 olmaz. Her an ac\u0131kma hissi ya\u015fanabilir.
