Terle beraber \u00e7ok s\u0131v\u0131 kaybedildi\u011finden 1 \u015fi\u015fe maden suyu i\u00e7ilmelidir. Yaln\u0131z tansiyon hastalar\u0131 dikkat ederek kullanmal\u0131lard\u0131r. Sahurda daha \u00e7ok yumurta, s\u00fct, peynir vb. tok tutucu protein kaynaklar\u0131 yenmelidir. \u00d6zellikle d\u0131\u015farda a\u011f\u0131r i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, aktivitesi fazla olan bireyler sahurda protein a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>5.
