Anne s\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn 6-12. ayda bebe\u011fin artan ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lama oran\u0131 %50\u2019ye ve 12.aydan itibaren de %30\u2019 a kadar d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Tek ba\u015f\u0131na anne s\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn art\u0131k yetmedi\u011fi bu d\u00f6nemde besin \u00f6gesi gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in anne s\u00fct\u00fc ile birlikte anne s\u00fct\u00fc d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki g\u0131dalar\u0131n verilmesi tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 beslenme olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 besinlere alt\u0131nc\u0131 ayda ba\u015flanmas\u0131 ve iki ya\u015f\u0131na kadar anne s\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn de verilmesi bebe\u011fin hem geli\u015fimsel hem de fiziksel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olumlu katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 Besin Nas\u0131l Olmal\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uygun bir tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 besin; enerji, protein, vitamin ve mineral olarak zengin, ula\u015f\u0131labilir, \u00e7ok tuzlu ve baharatl\u0131 olmayan, uygun k\u0131vaml\u0131, haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 kolay, temiz ve g\u00fcvenli, \u00e7ok fazla s\u0131cak ya da so\u011fuk olmayan, bebek taraf\u0131ndan kolay yenebilecek \u015fekilde olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu besinler, bebe\u011fe \u00f6zel olarak sat\u0131n al\u0131nabildi\u011fi gibi bazen de ailenin t\u00fcketti\u011fi besinlerden bebe\u011fe uygun \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek haz\u0131rlanabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 olarak verilecek besinlerin miktarlar\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 bebeklerin mide kapasitesi 200 ml \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde oldu\u011fundan aylara g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta 6-8 ayl\u0131k bebeklere 2-3 ana \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn, 1-2 ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn verilmesi, dokuzuncu aydan sonra 3-4 ana \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn, 1-2 ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn verilmesi uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Besinlerin k\u0131vam\u0131 giderek artt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bebe\u011fin ya\u015f\u0131na uygun olmayan k\u0131vamdaki besinlerin verilmesi beslenme yetersizli\u011fine ya da obeziteye neden olabilmektedir. Bebeklere 6-8 ayl\u0131k olduklar\u0131nda besinlerin p\u00fcre \u015feklinde verilmesi uygunken, sekizinci aydan itibaren bebeklerin eli ile tutabilece\u011fi besinler verilebilmektedir. P\u00fcre \u015feklindeki besinlerin yedirilmesi daha kolay olsa da partik\u00fcll\u00fc kat\u0131 besinlerin verilmesinin onuncu aydan daha ge\u00e7e kalmas\u0131 ileride de beslenme sorunlar\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rlamaktad\u0131r. On ikinci aydan itibaren ise bebe\u011fin aile sofras\u0131nda beslenmesine izin verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Her seferinde sadece bir besin denenmelidir ve bebe\u011fin bu besine kar\u015f\u0131 olan tolerans\u0131 g\u00f6zlenip 5-7 g\u00fcn aral\u0131klarla yeni bir besin grubu beslenmesine eklenmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Baklagiller, bal\u0131k, \u0131spanak gibi alerji riski daha y\u00fcksek olan besin gruplar\u0131ndaki besinler ilk olarak tercih edilmemelidir, fakat ailesinde alerji riski olanlar da dahil olmak \u00fczere bu besin gruplar\u0131n\u0131n verilmesinin ertelenmesinin yada verilmemesinin alerji olu\u015fturma riskini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair net bir kan\u0131t bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 besinleri haz\u0131rlarken tuz kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r.
