Ahlaki kuram kalubeladan bu yana s\u00fcre gelmi\u015f bir s\u00f6zc\u00fck olarak insanlar taraf\u0131ndan hep kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Dinler tarihinden \u00f6nce de insanlar ahlaki terimleri kullan\u0131yordu. Dinlerin gelmesiyle birlikte bu terim daha fazla \u00f6nem arz etti\u011fi i\u00e7in insanlar aras\u0131nda s\u0131kl\u0131kla dile getirilerek kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Hata atam\u0131z \u00c2dem ile Havva anam\u0131z\u0131n Allah\u2019\u0131n yememesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi\u011fi halde yemi\u015f olmalar\u0131 bize insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ne denli ahlaki de\u011ferlere \u00f6nem verdi\u011fini ortaya sizce de koymuyor mu? Her ne kadar isimleri ve temsil ettikleri kavimler farkl\u0131 olsa da dinlerin hepsinin temelinde \u201cAhlaki\u201d kurallardan bahsedilmektedir. \u0130sevi dini Musevi dini ve Muhammediye dini ayn\u0131 \u015feyden dem vurarak dinin temelini bizlere anlat\u0131rlar. Gelelim \u00f6nceli\u011fimiz olan ticaret yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z insanlar\u0131n yani esnafa g\u00f6re ahlak helalinden elde edilmi\u015f kazan\u00e7 m\u0131d\u0131r ona bakal\u0131m. Ama her nedense devaml\u0131 olarak terazinin kantar\u0131 \u015fa\u015fan esnaf\u0131m\u0131z ahlak kelimesini \u00e7ok kullanmay\u0131 sever. Ama ger\u00e7ekte ahilik kavram\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ine sindirmi\u015fler midir bilinmez. Bug\u00fcn i\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir\u00e7ok insan\u0131n sahtekarca davran\u0131p doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u015fahit olabiliriz. En basit \u00f6rne\u011fi esnaftaki samimiyet olmu\u015f olsayd\u0131 insanlar bir mala talip olurken pazarl\u0131k yapmaya gerek duymazd\u0131. \u0130\u015flerine gelince mal\u0131n de\u011feri derler, gelmeyince de pazarl\u0131k s\u00fcnnettir diyerek yapt\u0131klar\u0131 hokkabazl\u0131\u011fa k\u0131l\u0131f uydururlar. G\u00fcnah ve su\u00e7 oldu\u011funu bildi\u011fi halde ahlak kurallar\u0131ndan bahsederek; \u00ab\u00a0Benim bo\u011faz\u0131mdan bug\u00fcne de\u011fin bir lokma haram ge\u00e7medi\u00a0\u00bb \u00e7ok \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr\u00a0\u00bb diyerek kendisini savunur. Ben ka\u00e7 y\u0131ldan beri Ankara da ya\u015far\u0131m do\u011fru d\u00fcr\u00fcst (80 sonras\u0131) sokakta bir zab\u0131tan\u0131n gezdi\u011fini ve esnafa \u201ckarde\u015fim kald\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u015fgal etme satt\u0131\u011f\u0131n mallar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fckk\u00e2n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne al veya i\u00e7eriye al\u201d dedi\u011fini g\u00f6rmedim de duymad\u0131m da. Vatanda\u015f\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131mlarda y\u00fcr\u00fcyece\u011fi alan s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r her zaman. \u0130nsanlar yolda y\u00fcr\u00fcrlerken birbirlerine \u00e7arpa \u00e7arpa y\u00fcr\u00fcmek zorunda kald\u0131klar\u0131ndan, kimi zaman da \u201cvay efendim sen kim oluyorsun da bana omuz at\u0131yorsun denilerek istenmeyen sonu\u00e7lara varan kavgalar\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliyoruz maalesef ki. Ahlak kelimesi sadece bir s\u00f6zden ibaret olunca haram daha \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck g\u00f6sterir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc haram demek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n da haramzade olaca\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. Haram demek musibet getirmesi demektir. Haramla yap\u0131lan i\u015fte bir kere terazinin ayar\u0131 ka\u00e7t\u0131 m\u0131yd\u0131 art\u0131k yapacak bir \u015feyi yoktur. \u00c7orap s\u00f6k\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi gelmeye devam eder. \u0130nsanlar da al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise ac\u0131ma hissi s\u00f6ner. Kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n eme\u011fine olan sayg\u0131 biter. Empati yetene\u011fini bir anda kaybeder. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnemez. Onun bir tek hedefi vard\u0131r; \u201cDavut ve Davut gibilerini nas\u0131l soyarak zengin olabilirimin tela\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fer. Devaml\u0131 yapmak ister. Al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline gelince de Kemal Sunal\u0131m filmlerinde oldu\u011fu gibi pirincin i\u00e7ini ta\u015fla doldurmaktan kendini almaz. Doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n kol gezdi\u011fi bu d\u00f6nemde herkeste \u00e7abuk\u00e7a k\u0131sa yoldan zengin olmak i\u00e7in birilerini s\u00f6\u011f\u00fc\u015flemek gerekti\u011fini zanneder k\u00f6t\u00fc niyetli esnaf. Oysa namuslu olan esnaftan daha fazla kazanmamaktad\u0131r. Ak\u015fam kasas\u0131ndaki paray\u0131 sayarken o hi\u00e7 kazanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u015fik\u00e2yet ederken, namusuyla ayn\u0131 paray\u0131 kazanan esnaf da \u201cAllah bin bereket versin, bug\u00fcnde \u00e7orba paras\u0131n\u0131 kazand\u0131k diyerek onuru \u015ferefi ve haysiyetiyle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131na evine giderken,\u201d di\u011feri ise sabaha kadar uyuyamaz; \u201cAcaba az m\u0131 yapt\u0131m\u201d diyerek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr durur. Bu y\u00fczden de kafas\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131ndaki yast\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcne batar durur. Belki de daha az kazanmamaktad\u0131r helalinden i yapan ama mutludur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kazanc\u0131n\u0131n bereketini g\u00f6rmemektedir. G\u00f6z\u00fc a\u00e7 oldu\u011fundan midesine inen ona devaml\u0131 a\u00e7l\u0131k hissi vermektedir a\u00e7g\u00f6zl\u00fc esnaf\u0131n. Sokakta evde ki vatanda\u015f\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun mutlulu\u011fu kendisinde k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131\u011fa sebeptir. \u00ab\u00a0Hep bir neden arar durur\u00a0\u00bb cevab\u0131n\u0131 veremedi\u011fi bu anlams\u0131z mutlulu\u011fa. Oysa mutlu olmak i\u00e7in \u00e7almas\u0131na insanlar\u0131 doland\u0131rmas\u0131na gerek yoktur. E\u011fer mutlu olmak ve \u0130\u00e7 huzura ermek istiyorsa. Bir insan hem kendini hem de ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131 huzursuz edecek tav\u0131r ve davran\u0131\u015flardan uzak durmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini biliyor olmas\u0131 gerekir. Bu y\u00fczden insanlar\u0131n art\u0131k birbirlerine olan g\u00fcveni kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir \u015fey al\u0131rken art\u0131k sat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zlerindeki anlams\u0131z soyguncu ifadesini arar hale geldik. Bak\u0131yorsunuz insanlara sorgu hakimli\u011fine soyunmu\u015f durumdalar. Konu\u015fulan, ya\u015fanan al\u0131nan, sat\u0131lan her \u015fey de insanlar birbirinin yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 sorgular hale geldiler. Aile i\u00e7inde dahi buna rastlayabilirsiniz. Anne baba ve \u00e7ocuk aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fim zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden herkes birbirine \u00ab\u00a0YALANCI\u00a0\u00bb muamelesi yapmakta. Bunun sebebi evdeki anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n d\u0131\u015far\u0131daki al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fin yans\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r. Bir markete pazara giderken \u00fcsteki mal\u0131n iyi olmas\u0131 alt\u0131nda da \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fck mallar\u0131 vatanda\u015fa kakalam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funa sevinen serseri tipler. Esnaf\u0131n mallar\u0131n\u0131 pazarlarken uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 kand\u0131rmaca durum. Bu durum da haliyle aile i\u00e7ine sirayet etmi\u015f vaziyette. \u00c7ocuklar ak\u015fama kadar okulda ders yapt\u0131klar\u0131 halde arkada\u015flar\u0131yla bir saat vakit \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015far\u0131da kal\u0131nca, eve geldiklerinde annelerinin \u00ab\u00a0yalanc\u0131\u00a0\u00bb yaftalamas\u0131na maruz kal\u0131rlar. Kimi duygusuz annelik hislerini kaybetmi\u015f anneler ise \u00e7ocu\u011funu darp ederken, baz\u0131lar\u0131 da i\u00e7eriye kapat\u0131p o g\u00fcn a\u00e7 b\u0131rakarak ceza verir. Oysa ki \u00e7ocuk izin alarak o bir saati arkada\u015flar\u0131yla ge\u00e7irerek okul ve ders stresini atmak ister. Bizler ne ya\u015f\u0131yor ve ne ya\u015fat\u0131yorsak, bunlar\u0131n m\u00fcsebbibi yine biz oldu\u011fumuzu unutmayal\u0131m. Bug\u00fcn menfaatler y\u00fcz\u00fcnden insanlar birbiriyle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmez hale gelmi\u015f durumda. D\u00fc\u015fman hukuku dost hukukunu sollam\u0131\u015f vaziyette.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_col-12 x_detay\">*****<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_col-12 x_detay\">Siyaset\u00e7iler mecliste ahlak yasas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f vermekteler. Peki buna gerek var m\u0131 sizce? Ahlak, yasalara dayal\u0131 bir \u015fey olmamal\u0131. Ki\u015fiye has bir durum olmal\u0131. \u00ab\u00a0AHLAK\u00a0\u00bb yasas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak istiyoruz denmesi dahi bende \u00fcrpertiye ve kendimden i\u011frenip utanmama neden oluyor. Ne demek yani bizler toplum olarak bu kadar m\u0131 ahlaks\u0131z\u0131z da TBMM de b\u00f6yle bir yasay\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmaya gerek duyuluyor. Abesle i\u015ftigal etmektedir benim a\u00e7\u0131mdan. Bu \u015fu demek oluyor ki en ac\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 yan\u0131 da bana g\u00f6re buras\u0131. Ahlaki ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fczl\u00fck, ahlaki \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fl\u00fck, ahlaki yozla\u015fma ve ahlaki \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcne TBMM yasalarla ge\u00e7meye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. \u0130stese de \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ememekte \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131 yasalar\u0131n bir \u015fekilde cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in toplumun buna itibar etmesi ve kendi hayat\u0131na \u00e7eki d\u00fczen vermesi gerekiyor. Toplum i\u00e7inde ahlaki de\u011ferleri hi\u00e7e sayanlar\u0131n olmas\u0131 acaba yasalara itibar ve s\u00fcreklilik kazand\u0131r\u0131r m\u0131? 4. Murat\u2019\u0131n kay\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 ile olan diyalo\u011funu bilmeyeniniz yoktur san\u0131r\u0131m. Kelesinin g\u00f6vdesinden ayr\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildi\u011fi halde uyu\u015fturucu ve alkol alan kay\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 ve onun gibiler bug\u00fcne kadar gelmi\u015f vaziyetteler. Eee o zaman hangi yasa bunlara kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve kararl\u0131 bir duru\u015f sergilemi\u015f. Ge\u00e7enlerde bir haber kanal\u0131nda g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcm uyu\u015fturucu m\u00fcptelas\u0131 bir \u00e7ocuk babas\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ti\u011fi \u00e7aya veya yeme\u011fe uyu\u015fturucu veya uyku hap\u0131 kat\u0131p babas\u0131n\u0131 uyuttuktan sonra babas\u0131na tecav\u00fcz ediyor. Bunu ancak baba hastanede a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 sebebiyle gitti\u011finde \u00f6\u011freniyor. \u015eimdi bu ahlakl\u0131 bir insan\u0131n yapaca\u011f\u0131 bir \u015fey mi? Buna ra\u011fmen yine de babas\u0131 vicdan\u0131na yenilerek davac\u0131 olmuyor. Gencecik p\u0131r\u0131l-p\u0131r\u0131l \u00e7ocuklar s\u0131rf isim yapmak i\u00e7in su\u00e7suz g\u00fcnahs\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 sokak ortas\u0131nda \u00f6ld\u00fcrerek cezaevine d\u00fc\u015fmek i\u00e7in can at\u0131yorlar. Ve bunlara ve yapt\u0131klar\u0131na alk\u0131\u015f tutanlar var. Belki de alt yap\u0131y\u0131 olu\u015fturmadan kent hayat\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmi\u015f olan bu k\u0131rsaldan gelen \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n e\u011fitimine yeterince zaman ve mek\u00e2n ayr\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in olabilir mi? Pavyon genelev gibi yerlere sermaye olsun diye gencecik k\u0131zlar tatl\u0131 vaatlerle kand\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p buralara sat\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu mu ahlak anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z? Ahlakken herkes kendisinden sorumlu olmal\u0131. Kendisine verilen i\u015fi \u00ab\u00a0bu i\u015f benim namusum \u015ferefim\u00a0\u00bb diyerek kar\u015f\u0131 tarafa o g\u00fcveni vererek yapmal\u0131. \u0130nsan\u0131n kendisine sayg\u0131s\u0131 olunca sanm\u0131yorum ki ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa soyunup insanlar\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 yemeye tenezz\u00fcl etsinler. Vandalizme soyunanlar sanmas\u0131n ki \u00f6l\u00fcnce yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131k sonucu elde edinmi\u015f mallar\u0131n\u0131 kendileriyle g\u00f6t\u00fcrs\u00fcnler. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ahlaki g\u00f6rebilir miyiz? Kad\u0131nlar \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesin diye, taciz ve tecav\u00fczler i\u00e7in her g\u00fcn olmasa da s\u0131k s\u0131k yasalarda de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131l\u0131yor, kad\u0131n s\u0131\u011f\u0131nma evleri yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Hata KADES diye bir uygulama ile 155\/112 ve 156 numaral\u0131 acil arama butonlar\u0131yla arad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z an polisimiz yan\u0131nda oluyor da ne oluyor. Her g\u00fcn \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z istismara u\u011framaktan. \u00d6nlem al\u0131nabiliyor mu \u00e7\u0131kan yasalarla? \u0130stismar\u0131 yapan\u0131 i\u00e7eriye at\u0131yor kuvvet g\u00fc\u00e7lerimiz ve yarg\u0131 on y\u0131l sonra \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda o sap\u0131k daha da ka\u015farlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 \u015fekilde d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p en fecisini yap\u0131yor. Siz mant\u0131kl\u0131 olursan\u0131z ve ahlaki de\u011ferlere \u00f6nem verirseniz muktedir olmu\u015fsunuz demektir. Vicdan\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n sesine kulak verirseniz i\u015fte o zaman siz zaten o yasay\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f oluyorsunuz. Devlet \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015feni lay\u0131k\u0131yla yasalar \u00e7\u0131kararak yap\u0131yorsa e\u011fer bizim de bu yasalar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda birbirimize kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fcr\u00fcst sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmam\u0131z gerekmez mi? Herkes kendi kanunu kendi vicdan\u0131nda uygularsa inan\u0131n \u00fclkenin hi\u00e7bir sorunu kalmaz. Kalk\u0131p da ahlak dersi vererek ahlak \u00fczerinden haramzadelik yaparsak ve birbirimizi su\u00e7lamaya ezmeye devam edersek, bizi bizler b\u0131rakmazlar bundan emin olun. Bug\u00fcn yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de olsa e\u015finiz veya \u00e7ocu\u011funuzla ilgili en ufak bir serzeni\u015fte bulunun, kar\u015f\u0131 tarafa koz verirsiniz. Bir ba\u015fka g\u00fcn bir araya geldi\u011finizde ise onlar sizden \u00f6nce e\u015finiz ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fmaya ba\u015flarlar. T\u0131pk\u0131 m\u0131knat\u0131s gibi birbirini \u00e7eker. Bunun en belirgin sebebi bana g\u00f6re sayg\u0131 sevgi kurumu tamamen yok olmas\u0131 diyebiliriz. G\u00fcven duygusu tamamen yok olmu\u015f vaziyette. Bireyler kendilerini sa\u011flama alarak ya\u015famak zorunda olduklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorlar.
