Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme ise do\u011fumdan \u00f6l\u00fcme kadar yeterli ve dengeli besinleri hayata katmak, uygulamak ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Ama bizler ne yaz\u0131k ki sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme yerine diyet ifadesini s\u0131kl\u0131kla kullanmaktay\u0131z. Asl\u0131nda ortada hasta olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen sanki bir hastal\u0131k varm\u0131\u015f gibi dan\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za diyet yazmaktay\u0131z!. Her ne kadar \u00f6nemsiz gibi g\u00f6r\u00fclse de kelimeler bilin\u00e7 alt\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck etki g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar diyet kelimesini duyunca k\u0131s\u0131tlanacaklar\u0131n\u0131, yasaklara tabi olacaklar\u0131n\u0131, her zaman her istedi\u011fini yiyemeyece\u011fini ve bunun uzun bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 istemeden zihinlerine kodlamaktad\u0131rlar. Bu kodlama s\u00fcrecin ilk zamanlar\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmasa da ilerleyen d\u00f6nemlerde \u00f6zellikle ilk 2 ay sonras\u0131nda g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u0130stemeden olu\u015fan bu stres sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme s\u00fcrecini sekteye u\u011frat\u0131p motivasyon kayb\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Yeme\u011fe ula\u015fmada ya\u015fanabilecek s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ve k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ki\u015fileri o besine kar\u015f\u0131 daha duyarl\u0131 hale getirmektedir. Doygunluk o besine kar\u015f\u0131 ortadan kalkmaktad\u0131r. Sanki bir daha onu yiyememe d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ki\u015fide a\u011f\u0131r bas\u0131p v\u00fccudunda onu depolama ihtiyac\u0131 olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.
