Bu \u015fekilde al\u0131nan evler 5 y\u0131l sonra sat\u0131labilir veya kiraya verilebilir. Sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 andaki ipotek borcu krediyi veren kuruma \u00f6denir ve kalan\u0131 m\u00fclk sahibinin olur, satma konusunda herhangi bir yasak yoktur.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ii04i59q jq4qci2q g9io39s2 oo9gr5id\" dir=\"auto\" role=\"none\">Kiralamak da m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr ama kiralad\u011f\u0131n\u0131z krediyi veren kuruma bildirmek zorunlulu\u011fu vard\u0131r ve bu bildirimden itibaren kurum faizleri yukseltir. 2- BANKALAR VEYA DI\u011eER F\u0130NANS KURULU\u015eLARINDAN ALINAN \u0130POTEK KRED\u0130LER\u0130 : Bu tip krediler konu ile ilgili y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki yasalara uygun olarak \u00f6zel bankalar veya finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan verilen kredilerdir. Daha \u00f6nceki y\u0131llara g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha zorla\u015fsa da ipotek kredisi alabilme ko\u015fullar\u0131 t\u00fcketiciler a\u00e7is\u0131ndan di\u011fer AB \u00fclkelerine g\u00f6re iyi olan bir ulkedir Belcika. Bu tip kredileri edinebilme ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralayabiliriz : -al\u0131nan krediyi \u00ab\u00d6DEME G\u00dcC\u00dc\u00bbn\u00fcz olacak, bunun icin d\u00fczenli geliriniz olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Daha once kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z kredilerden dolay\u0131 herhangi bir gecikme olmamal\u0131, hakk\u0131n\u0131zda olumsuz kay\u0131tlar olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. &#8211; en az % 10\u2019a tekab\u00fcl eden \u00ab B\u0130R\u0130K\u0130M \u00bb iniz olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
