Hatta yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada siyah tenli insanlar ile beyaz tenli insanlar\u0131n serum D vitamini -25(OH)D3- \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerek incelenmi\u015ftir ve koyu tenli 15-49 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n vitamin kayb\u0131 prevalans\u0131 %42.4, a\u00e7\u0131k tenli ayn\u0131 ya\u015f grubundaki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n prevalans\u0131 ise % 4.2 olarak tespit edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015f fakt\u00f6r\u00fc de D vitaminin v\u00fccudumuzda \u00fcretilmesini etkileyen unsulardan biridir.
