T\u00fcrkiye Diyetisyenler Derne\u011fi\u2019nin korona vir\u00fcse kar\u015f\u0131 beslenmemizin nas\u0131l olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dair \u00f6nerileri bir rehber halinde yay\u0131nland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye Diyetisyenler Derne\u011fi\u2019nin Koronavir\u00fcs (Covid-19) Hakk\u0131nda Beslenme \u00d6nerileri<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Genel Beslenme \u00d6nerileri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn art\u0131k bir pandemi olarak kabul etti\u011fi koronovir\u00fcs hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 (Covid-19) \u00fclkemizde de \u00f6nemli bir halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehdidi olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Koronavir\u00fcs\u00fcn bula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 tek ba\u015f\u0131na engelleyebilecek veya tedavi edebilecek herhangi bir g\u0131da olmasa da; sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve dengeli beslenmenin, fiziksel aktivite ve d\u00fczenli uyku ile beraber ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fi kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme, koronavir\u00fcs pandemisi ba\u011flam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylere y\u00f6nelik \u00f6neriler a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.1.Karantina Uygulamalar\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Beslenme \u00d6nemlidir<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Covid-19 ile ilgili bilinen en net uygulama her t\u00fcrl\u00fc temas\u0131n minimuma indirildi\u011fi sosyal izolasyon oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, bir\u00e7ok k\u00fcresel sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015fu herkese olas\u0131 karantina uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 da kapsayacak \u015fekilde en az iki haftal\u0131k ila\u00e7 ve g\u0131da bulundurulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nermektedir. Al\u0131nacak g\u0131dalar\u0131n olabildi\u011fince besleyici, raf \u00f6mr\u00fc uzun ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131 uygun olacakt\u0131r. Bu zor d\u00f6nemi olabildi\u011fince rahat atlatmak i\u00e7in se\u00e7ilecek g\u0131dalar\u0131n protein, lif, vitamin, mineral ve antioksidanlardan zengin olmas\u0131 dengeli beslenme y\u00f6n\u00fcnden b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.2.Sebze ve Meyve T\u00fcketimi \u00d6n Planda Tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dayan\u0131kl\u0131 g\u0131da dendi\u011finde akla hemen gelmese de; asl\u0131nda g\u00fcnl\u00fck yeterli sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketimi her g\u00fcn ve her \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n giri\u015fimiyle Beslenme ve Diyetetik b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden uzman hocalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00d6zg\u00fc Beslenme Rehberi\u2019nin \u00f6nerileri bu konuda en g\u00fcncel kaynakt\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00d6zg\u00fc Beslenme Rehberi\u2019nde \u00f6nerilen Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Yemek Taba\u011f\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re her ana \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde taba\u011f\u0131n bir \u00e7eyre\u011fi sebzelerden, di\u011fer \u00e7eyre\u011fi tam tah\u0131l \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden ve kalan yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fit \u00fc\u00e7 par\u00e7a halinde meyvelerden, y\u00fcksek proteinli g\u0131dalardan (kurubaklagiller, et, yumurta, bal\u0131k, tavuk, ya\u011fl\u0131 tohumlar, vb.) ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden (s\u00fct, yo\u011furt, ayran, peynir vb.) gelmesi \u00f6nerilmektedir (\u015eekil 1). Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yeterli su t\u00fcketiminin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck beslenmede zeytinya\u011f\u0131 kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eekil 1. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00d6zg\u00fc Beslenme Rehberi\u2019nde \u00f6nerilen \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Yemek Taba\u011f\u0131\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yiyecek al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerinde sebze ve meyveye a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmelidir. Taze sebze ve meyvenin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n daha sonra t\u00fcketilmeye ve\/veya pi\u015firilmeye uygun miktarlarda dondurularak saklanmas\u0131 da evden uzun s\u00fcre \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lamayan durumlarda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmenin s\u00fcreklili\u011finin sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in gereklidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.3.Mevsime Uygun ve Dayan\u0131kl\u0131 Sebze ve Meyveler Sat\u0131n Al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz mevsim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde uzun s\u00fcre dayanabilecek baz\u0131 sebzelere karnabahar, lahana, kabak, brokoli, biber, turp, havu\u00e7, patates; meyvelere ise elma, portakal, greyfurt, mandalina, olgun olmayan muz \u00f6rnek verilebilir. \u00d6zellikle narenciye grubu meyveler ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini destekleyici C vitamininden zengin oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bu meyvelerin t\u00fcketimine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmeli, m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse yemeklere taze limon s\u0131k\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Dayan\u0131kl\u0131 sebzelerin raf \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzatmak i\u00e7in y\u0131kanmadan ve kesilmeden buzdolab\u0131nda saklanmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bunlara ek olarak kuru meyve, kuru bamya, patl\u0131can, biber, domates gibi g\u0131dalar da raf \u00f6mr\u00fc uzun; lif ve mineral kayna\u011f\u0131 g\u0131dalar oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in evde bulundurulmak faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>1.4.Kuru Baklagiller Her G\u00fcn T\u00fcketilebilirler<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olduk\u00e7a dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve besin de\u011feri y\u00fcksek bir ba\u015fka protein kayna\u011f\u0131 alternatifi ise kuru baklagillerdir. Ye\u015fil, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 mercimek, nohut, fasulye \u00e7e\u015fitleri, barbunya, vb. g\u0131dalar her g\u00fcn t\u00fcketilebilirler. Yaln\u0131z, pi\u015firme s\u00fcresi uzun olabilen bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00f6nceden b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda ha\u015flan\u0131p daha sonra h\u0131zl\u0131ca pi\u015firilebilecek \u015fekilde buzlukta saklanmas\u0131 kuru baklagillerin t\u00fcketimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r. Konserve olarak da al\u0131nabilecek bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin evde haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131, konserveden ba\u015fka alternatifi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olabilecek \u00fcr\u00fcnler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6nerilerin olduk\u00e7a \u00fczerinde seyreden tuz t\u00fcketiminin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha uygun olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.5.Haftada \u0130ki Kere Bal\u0131k T\u00fcketimi \u00d6nemlidir<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haftada en az iki defa t\u00fcketilmesi \u00f6nerilen bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n tazesinin bulunamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda donmu\u015f veya konserve ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 alternatiflerinin karantina durumlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 evde bulundurulmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilebilir.
