Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ise ikinci planda kal\u0131r. Bu nedenle hangisi daha \u00e7ok kilo verdiriyorsa bir de e\u011fer \u00e7evremizdekiler de \u00f6neriyorsa hemen o diyeti (!) uygulamaya koyuluruz. Karpuz diyeti, ananas diyeti, \u00e7orba diyeti, lahana diyeti vs. pop\u00fclerlerimizdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cAma kilo veriyoruz, zay\u0131flama s\u00f6z konusu oluyor o zaman bunun neresi yanl\u0131\u015f?\u201d diyor olabilirsiniz ama unuttu\u011fumuz bir \u015fey varsa o da verilen kilolar\u0131n niteli\u011fi de\u011fil niceli\u011fidir. Yani size vaat edilen s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde hedeflenen kiloyu vermi\u015f olabilirsiniz fakat bu kilolar\u0131n ya\u011fdan m\u0131, sudan m\u0131, kastan m\u0131 gitti\u011fi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Hadi diyelim ya\u011fdan kilo verimi sa\u011fland\u0131 peki ya kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi. San\u0131r\u0131m bu bizim i\u00e7in pek \u00f6nemli de\u011fil. \u201cKilo verdim mi verdim. \u201c deyip i\u015fin kolay\u0131na ka\u00e7\u0131yoruz. \u00d6nemli olan kilo sonu\u00e7ta sa\u011fl\u0131k gitse ne olur gitmese ne olur (!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u015eok diyetlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra pop\u00fclaritesi olan ba\u015fka bir trend de DETOKS sular\u0131, DETOKS diyetleri, DETOKS smoothieleri. \u00d6ncelikle \u015funu belirtmek isterim ki detoks diye bir \u015fey yok. Allah v\u00fccudumuzda beslenmeden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak bu i\u015fi yaps\u0131n diye zaten karaci\u011fer ve b\u00f6brekleri yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onlar kendi i\u015fleyi\u015flerinde bu g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirirler. \u0130stedi\u011fimiz kadar yiyip karaci\u011fer ve b\u00f6breklerimizi yorduktan sonra 1 hafta ya da 1 ay detoks yapay\u0131m toparlanay\u0131m mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 biraz ironi olmaktad\u0131r. Buradaki amac\u0131m\u0131z v\u00fccudumuzdaki t\u00fcm organlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u015fleyi\u015fini ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bozmayacak, yeterli ve dengeli beslenmeyi hedef alan bir beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazanmakt\u0131r. Kalp ve b\u00f6brek hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle hayvansal kaynakl\u0131 protein al\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131na tehdit olu\u015fturabilmektedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylerde k\u0131sa s\u00fcre uygulanmas\u0131nda faydalar bulunmaktad\u0131r fakat gerekli tahlil ve kontrollerle denetim yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, insanlar\u0131n k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede verdikleri kilolar\u0131n ne yaz\u0131k ki bir sene i\u00e7erisinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 kat\u0131n\u0131 tekrar ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bize g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00d6nemli olan k\u0131sa zamanda \u00e7ok kilo vermek de\u011fildir.
